Pilots create a free profile, capturing all their aeronautical experience and employment history.

 Update it any time.

Access a free professionally formatted résumé any time.

2

Recruiters create a job listing using the simple, well laid out platform.

The minimum requirements form the basis of the database search

3

The entire database is searched, with every new job listing created.

4

Recruiters view a list of all candidates in the database that meet one or more of their minimums.

For confidentiality, only candidates aeronautical experience is displayed (no names, contact details, employer history, referees etc).

Candidates are sorted by best fit (i.e. those meeting all requirements at the top of the list).

5

Recruiters can quickly select all candidates that they are interested in.

6

Candidates are instantly notified of the new job listing and can accept or reject interest.

Accepting interest allows the recruiter to view the full candidate profile.

Rejecting the job removes the candidate from the list.

7

Recruiters can now view the full profile of all candidates who expressed interest and create a shortlist to interview.

Candidates are notified if they were surpassed, or if they made the shortlist.

8

Recruiters can now interview the shortlist and issue job offers.

Candidates are notified if they were surpassed, or if they have been offered the job.

The search is designed to replicate what employers have traditionally done when viewing resumes sent to them.

When imputing minimum requirements into the search engine, the employer can use as few or as many minimums they wish.

For example, they can search by insisting on all published minimums, or just total time or time on type. So long as you meet these minimums in the search, you would be included in the candidate list

The free listings billboard is still there, for employers who do not want to use the online recruitment service.

You can still access this billboard for free and look for jobs. However, more and more pilots are subscribing to the Pilot Jobs service as this gives them exclusive access to many more job listings. To view all the jobs being exclusively offered click here.
