Pilot Path presents to Regional Airline Association of Australia (RAAA)

We were very excited to be one of the 4 guest speakers at the RAAA’s Tactical Working Group conference in Darwin on 30th May 2019. Pilot Path founder, Alex Baldwin, presented alongside David Bradley, NT Services Regional Manager for Dialog, the platform developers. The topic was “Pilot progression in the early years of their career” and focus on the issues facing general aviation and regional airlines in the high growth phase that the industry is currently going through.

The conference confirmed that employers are seeing continuing pilot turnover and are having to recruit on an ongoing basis. Access top quality candidates is getting harder and harder. Most employers are still doing manual filtering of resumes and the shortlisting process is causing a bottleneck in their process.

Pilot Path’s innovative recruitment platform manages the process from job listing to completion of the interview and reduces the shortlisting process by over 70%.

With commercial trials about to start, presenting to this audience was a fantastic opportunity for product validation and to work with those operators keen to innovate and digitise their operations.
