  • Update it any time. The real time data is instantly updated with employers.
  • Access a free professionally formatted résumé any time.
  • The system automatically searches all existing job listings and will add the pilot’s confidential profile to that search result, if it meet 1 or more of the search criteria.
  • Pilots can instantly apply or withdraw from any jobs in their dashboard. No more manual completion of job applications on multiple platforms!

Recruiters create a job listing using the simple, well laid out platform.

  • Using our unique, aviation specific search filters, employers can turn their minimum requirements the system’s “search criteria”.
  • Employers can customise their filters to search for the exact pilot’s they need!

The entire pilot database is instantly searched and our unique match-making algorithms only display suitable candidates in the employer’s search results.

  • Candidates are ranked by best fit, meaning pilots meeting all the requirements are at the top of the list.
  • Candidates are also sorted by those who have applied and those who have not yet applied, but are a suitable match.
  • For simplicity and confidentiality, the search results only display candidate’s confidential profile, which limited to aeronautical experience only.

As soon as the employer expresses interest in a pilot profile, the candidates are instantly notified.

  • Candidates who have already applied are moved to another list, where the employer can view their full profile.
  • For candidates who have not yet applied, they can now express interest in the job (granting access to their profile), or reject the job and be withdrawn from the list.
