We take your privacy very seriously and have gone to great lengths to protect it. While you create a detailed pilot profile in our database, this information is not viewable by an employer, without your prior consent.

Our unique match-making technology ensures that employers are only shown a list of potential candidates that meet their minimum requirements. This gives the employer a list of the best possible candidates – fast.

To protect the candidate’s privacy, this initial list only displays the candidates aeronautical experience (no names, contact details, employer history, referees etc).

If an employer would like to view the candidate’s full profile, they express interest in that candidate and an email, outlining the job is sent to the candidate.

On receiving the email, you get to decide if you want to express interest in the job, which allows the employer access to their profile, or reject interest, which removes you from the search results.

For further details on how we manage your privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

PILOTS

Pilot Path is free for pilots. Completing your profile will take about 15 minutes and once it is completed, your profile will be automatically searched by every job listing available.

EMPLOYERS

The cost to employers and recruiters is $50 per candidate and is based on the number of candidates added to the shortlist. What this means is that you can search the database and receive expressions of interest from pilots and only pay for the candidates that you want to put on the shortlist and interview!

Prices are cumulative across all your job listings, so if you select, say 5 candidates in one job and 10 candidates in another, you will be invoiced for 15 candidates.
